Do you have delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not offer deliveries at the moment.You do have an option to book an Uber connect to pickup the cake for you.Once the cake is handed over to the customer/Uber, Whipped is not liable for any damages to the cake during transport.

How do I transport the cake?
It is best to place the cake on a flat and stable surface when transporting the cake.Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from direct heat to avoid melting the buttercream.Depending on the weather, the buttercream can usually hold up to 1 hour during transport.During the summer, turning on the vehicle's air conditioning and/or bringing your own icebox are recommended.Once the cake is handed over to the customer, Whipped is not liable for any damages to the cake during transport.

How long can the cake last?
The cake is best consumed at room temp and within 2 days of receiving. Keep the cake refrigerated at all times. It can last up 5 days if stored in air-tight container inside the freezer.

Do you sell gluten-free/sugar-free/nut-free/vegan/dog cakes?
Our cakes may contain dairy, eggs, and gluten; however, all our ingredients are halal. Currently, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan options.Please note that our carrot walnut cake and walnut frosting contain nuts. While all other cakes do not include nuts, our kitchen is not nut-free, and cross-contact with common allergens, such as nuts and tree nuts, may occur.Whipped.ca Inc. does not assume liability for any adverse reactions to food consumed or items encountered while enjoying our products.

How far in advance should I order?
Customers may place their orders as long as the slots are open!

When do you open your slots?
Slots for the next month will be available on the 3rd week of the current month.

Can I rebook/reschedule my pickup/meetup date?
Whipped must be informed at least 7 days before the original reserved date. If the new pickup/meetup date is not available, the original reserved date will push thru.

Can I cancel/refund my order?
You may cancel your order after it has been reserved; however, please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. The transferability of the reservation fee is at Whipped’s discretion.If the final invoice has already been paid, cancellations or refunds will not be permitted.Please be aware that joy-reserving may limit your ability to place future orders.

How much are your custom cakes?
In addition to cake size and flavour, we consider the overall design and the labour involved in creating the cake. More complex designs will result in a higher total price.For a quote before placing an order, please feel free to contact us on WHATSAPP

We offer 3 cake sizes that come in 2 shapes:

Are you able to recreate the exact cake/design/color?
All cakes are unique and may not perfectly replicate the requested design and/or colour. Rest assured that Whipped is committed to achieving the best possible outcome!Designs are limited to our meringue-based buttercream; we do not use fondant. Cake toppers are subject to availability, and Whipped does not provide real flowers for cakes.Please note that Whipped uses food colouring in our icing. Strong colours (e.g., black, navy blue, red) may cause temporary staining of the lips and tongue.
